The Springbank 10yo 100 proof we got in the U.S. is 50% abv. Only 4% or 8 proof over the 46% regular 10yo, although it feels like more in the glass. That said, the price is only a few dollars more around here, so yes, it is worth trying and has a little more oomph and flavor. It still has the bitter, salty finish I found in the regular 10yo that I had a hard time getting past. I wish we were getting more of the new releases, but they are slow showing up.
