It's a cask strength (56%), I drank this neat..no need for water.
Nose: Typical Springbank butter, flowers, but also with a nose of dried fruits like raisins
Mouth: A little bit of Springbank brine, light fruits (oranges), honey, but also with a strong sherry influence of raisins and plums.
Finish: Long and pleasant with spiced plums and a tad bit of smoke
I really like this, the sherry goes very well with the Springbank, but in the end I miss the flavors in the standard 10 year.
