Hello,
I'm a new guy from France on this forum, and I'm looking for a couple rare whiskies I discovered thanks to Jim Murray's 2010 Bible, maybe you know where I might find them (online European shop if possible). I don't share Murray's tastes on single malts (dunno why he loves Glenfiddish 18 yrs so much for instance), but I think his tastes in bourbon and rye whiskey are quite accurate, so I'll follow him on those one, especially since I love to discover whiskies from all over the world, the Old Buck from Finland is REALLY the one I'm trying to get my hands on.
From Finland : Old Buck 2nd release, 70.6 %, distilled by Panimoravintola Beer Hunter's
From Germany : Blaue Maus Single Malt 25 Jahre 55 %
From Switzerland : Säntis Malt Swiss Highlanger Edition Dreifaltigkeit 52 %
From Canada : -Alberta Premium 25 years old 40 %
-Danfield's Limited Edition Aged 21 Years 40%
-Wiser's Red Letter 45%
and some American Whiskeys :
-Mc Carthy's Oregon Single Malt Aged 3 years 40%
-Ancient Age 10 years old 43%
-Cougar Bourbon Aged 5 years 37%
-Evan Williams 23 years old 53.5 %
-Parker's Heritage Collection Third Edition 2009 "Golden Anniversary" 50%
-Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Four Grain 46.2%
-Cougar Rye 37%
-Rathskeller Rye 65%
-Rittenhouse Rye Single Barrel 23 years old 50%
-Sazerac Rye 18 years old bottled 2007 or 2008 45%
Of course since Jim Murray doesn't specify the price in his reviews, I assume some of this bottles are incredibly pricey, but others might come as a surprise and be affordable (hence less than 100£/€ for me). I hope you'll be able to help, thanks in advance for your kindness.
