Probably a fair dose of wheat and some barley as well as the constituents you've mentioned, NSF... which is typical of Canadian whiskies. Truth be told, I don't concentrate too much on the grain makeup of most established Canadians, as the casks utilized almost always play a much more important role in the resulting product.
By the way, I too very much enjoy this particular whisky (not to mention the comparably aged Wiser's).
