Dimple Whisky - Age/Value?

Hi all,

I have been fortunate enough to receive a bottle of Dimple Whisky for my 18th Birthday.
My grandparents believe it to be around 40-45 years old but I was wondering if there is anyway I can find out the definate age of it? It is still in the box but I have looked around and can't find any information. There are some markings on the bottom of the bottle, which read A 660 and under that UGB.

I wouldn't mind knowing the value but it isn't that relevant as I dont plan on selling!!

Will putting up any photos help you guys out?

I don't claim to be an expert on ages for bottels. Posting photos will help folks help you with putting a time frame on when the bottling was done. Enjoy your bottle even if it is only for display purposes. :thumbsup:

Photo , but the value of an old dimple from the 1970 is about the same (slightly higher) as a recent bottle
