all i can say is i got lucky at a car boot sale i dont usuallly go to them i was just about to leave and noticed the nosing glasses
the woman said it was from the sixties on closer inspection its more like the early nineties
i do have some more photos but just want to know something about

What a lucky find, in a shop or auction it would be way more than I expect you paid.

That case definately has an older style to it. It looks much older than the nineties. I'd put it in the early sixties. That brass name tag holder on the front looks vintage to me. It may have had different samples in it originally. Nice score.

the reason why i put it into the nineties is the paperwork about the six classic malts the talisker is a give away but i will check out my assumption
and see if i am right or you are right but saying that the paperwork might be new and the bottles older

just to let you know i have recived a reply from colin dunn at diageo he told me they were for brand ambassadors and made circa 2005
they were heavy and didnt hang around very long there are two types the one i have and another which has six bottles of talisker
and there arent many of them how many i dont know
