Established by Robert Mendelson and David Hallgarten in the late 1960’s, Red Lion Blending specialised in own label whiskies. The company also marketed their own brands – notably Glensbury (a vatted malt) and Prince Albert – and those of its subsidiary, Douglas Denham Limited, owners of the well-known Diners Club range of blends.
