Nosers

I was intrigued by the article entitled "How to be Nosey". At last, I thought, I would get the real goods on how to spot the various bouquets. Although an interesting article, it was more of a discussion about the importance of the nosers to the distillery. I later took comfort in looking at Michael and Dave's tasting notes where they, with only a couple of exceptions, ever smelled the same fragrance in each spirit reviewed.

I agree, A little disapointed, the tilte was misleading - I am interested in the process of nosing, and a little of the science behind it. not the people doing the job, Although it was interesting all the same.
