Hi I wonder if anyone can help me with my quest....
My father recently died an left me two bottles of whiskey, both have been in the family for 35 years plus and both unopened...
Red hackle is a pear shaped bottle in a very open netting and boxed although the box has seen better days, second is a bottle of coleraine again perfect with no discernsable evaporation.
Please can someone help and let me know if they are worth anything or should just be drunk.
By the way at his wake we drunk a bottle of old comber that was 60 + years old, everyone now tells me that it was worth rather a lot, but hey it tasted great
Many thanks in advance
Stewart
