Happy new year everyone!! (a bit late i know, but better late than never).

I have to make up a series of questions on blends and blending whisky for the purpose of training new members of staff at my work, was wondering if anyone knew of any good books that would help me out.

Sorry, I can't help you much on this topic. All information surrounding blending is kept secretly by the companies.

The secret of blending is as precious for these companies as the receipe of Coca Cola for Coca Cola.
