Manchester and Schipol Airport's duty-free whisky

I am flying through Manchester and Schipol airports, does anyone know of their whisky selection in their duty free stores?

I don't recall that the selection at Ski Pole was anything to get excited about.

There are shops selling whiskies in Schiphol, but they are scattered around a bit over the different piers. Although some shops do have several duty-free only type of expressions, dont expect too much from it though... And as you'll be flying within the EU, no tax benefits either. The only benefit of buying there will be some expressions which are not available outside airports.

Unfortunately they don't want to inform you of the assortement at Schipol, unlike other Airports like Oslo, Copenhagen, Frankfurt etc.

What they instead do are publish their special offers - can be found here.

Aah. It's when travelling I can appreciate that Norway's not a part of the EU (so everybody can buy whisky tax-free, both when leaving the country and arriving - Norway started allowing duty-free sales on arrival in July).
