Ardbeg Kildalton:

Elsewhere on this forum a question was asked about Ardbeg Kildalton.
Specifically as to exactly what year(s) are available.

I recently spoke to Ardbeg representatives about this topic and their reply was that the 70cl bottling is only 1980-2004.
There are / will be no more Kildaltons of any other age or year(s).

The recently issued "Peat Pack" of 4 minis, including one Kildalton 1981-2004 is an exception, using the last remains of stock.
Elsewhere, I did hear that for the minis they maybe used the 'share' that was initially reserved for staff, but which wasn't all taken up.

Interesting background.

I think that I'll hang onto at least one of my miniatures. But drink the other !

Yes, thanks for that WhiskyHammer!
I'm looking forward to getting a full bottle of the 1980, hopefully! I should've bought it when it was sold on the Ardbeg site.
