Connemara 1992 single cask

Has anyone had a chance to try the new Connemara 1992 single cask. I'm a big fan of the Connemara range and was wondering if this was worth hunting down when I head to europe next month. If anyone has tasting notes that would be a help. I know that Royal Mile whiskeys is selling it for around 41 pounds.

I actually just looked at the Royal Mile web site and they have the distilleres notes on it so if anyone can verify them I would appreciate it.

I had another 13 year old single cask and it was very good. It wasn't hugely different to the standard 12 year old, though, but it was better. Lovely sweetness and a good deal of oak. No iodine.

It's well worth trying..

Yesterday, I opened a 13 year old Tyrconnell. and it was really excellent. Sweet toasted malt. Would be great for the summer dram thread.

I will have to try the 13 yr old, I like the 12 and the price isn't that bad for a single cask OB bottling.

The '92 version in Royal Mile is great value and is a similar 13yo to the one available in

in Dublin but that is 90Euro there.

You will not be dissapointed in the royal mile offering if you go for it.
