Hello everyone,

I've been lurking the forum for years, but never got around to making any posts...mostly due to the fact that all my questions and concerns were answered via other members posts :wink:

Anyway, I have a quick question regarding the Cadenhead's bottling of Laphroig 13 cask strength. I recently gave my unopened bottle of the Islay Scotch away as a present to a newcomer to the world of single malts. The thing is, I have never tried it myself. I've been searching for some tasting notes to help guide him, but to no avail. What can I tell this person to expect?
