Today the postman delivered the bottle I ordered from WE. I don't want to open it now but I can pass you Douglas Laings's tasting notes.

It says:

Initially light and floral upon nosing, this Clynelish warms to reveal notes of crème brulée and clotted cream. The mid-weighted, oily body leads to a rich and fruity palate, marmalade and apricot preserve before unmalted barley and brininess. The finish is crisp, clean and complex.

I did taste it, and it is a great, great, great whisky...
It came out on top, here in Belgium, in a big Douglas Laing tasting... I don't think there was one person in the audience who did not like it!
It's a very high quality "passe-partout"... one of the best bottlings they did this year (along with the Port Ellen Platinum collection)
So, Good decision!
