Which Glenfarclas have you enjoyed the most?

As for me, I voted the 21 Yrs.

I haven't tasted all the ones in your list, but my favourite is definitely the Glenfarclas Quarter Cask.

Hi Dubois,

Recently bought myself an Glenfarclas 12 which I enjoy very much because of it's spicyness.
Another Glenfarclas i drank long ago (somewhere near de medeaval) was de 105, to much alcohol.
So far i prefer de 12 years.

Farclas QC also but only for the fact it's the only farclas I've had :lol:

I had to vote for the QC as well because I just opened it and it is a very interesting whisky with alot of positive characteristics to it. If I was going to vote for a standard bottling it would have been the 105. It is a great dram with an amazing dark chocolate finish to it that I wish I could get in Ohio.

I voted the 12 since that's the one I've had the most of and I really enjoy it. I would also say that the 30 is great and that I have also enjoyed the rest of the line up but for a everyday dram the 12 is hard to beat.

I've tried them all except the 21 and 30, but among the rest I feel the 25 is strongly the head of the pack.

I voted for the 25, which, to me is neck and neck with the 21. I like one over the other on any given night. Too close to call. Haven't found the 30 yet. We get the 17 in place of the 15. The 10 keeps getting passed over on the shopping list. The 12 and 105 are good, with their potential showing, but I find most Speysiders find their legs at 20+, IMHO.

I'm refraining from voting as I haven't had the 25 or 30yo. My leanings are toward the 21, though.

I had the opportunity to taste 1982 17yo Family Reserve OB which was brilliant. But I rather vote for the 21yo which is easier to find and buy...

I'm voting 105! A truly fantastic whisky! I haven't tried many of the others, but the 105 beats the ones I have tasted.

Both 21yo and 25yo that I have tasted have been excellent, but in my opinion 25yo was slightly better.

105 was good, let's say ripe, but it is not that astonishing, smooth and deep in taste like the older ones are.

I think the 30y. old is the best of the bunch. I tried it at the distillery and bought a bottle at once. Others I try to keep at home are the 105, 15y. and the 21y. old which all (in my opinion) are masterpieces.
