Looking for Scotch Whisky Shops, MD, VA, DC

Does anyone know of any good shops that carry independant bottlings or old or rare Scotch in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC? Both Maryland and Virginia prohibit direct shipping, and I'd like to pick up something more than the more common distiller's bottlings. Thanks.
