Secret Stills 1.1 G+M's 50 yo Talisker - opened last night !

Gordon from Spirit of Islay would be proud of me last night, as I went to to the cabinet and grabbed one of my bottles and promptly opened it!

The Secret Stills 1.1 50yo talisker.

Very woody to be begin with, get thru that and nose is sherried white peppered maly - classic talisker.

again the taste is big big wood, almost too much, but be patient, and classic talisker comes through.

finish, yes, you have guessed it, all the same.

water helps slightly, but not too much.

lets be honest, shes an old girl, but she does us proud.

certainly not best dram of the year, but worth it for the journey!

Still need Photographic evidence to prove he did indeed do it !
