Hi,I got this as a present

Springbank 1989 Sherrywood cask strength 55.4 %
bottled feb 2001.
Cadenhead's authentic collection.

I won't open it because it's a anniversary-gift but I'd like to know if someone knows more about this bottle or even has tried it.

I have no clue, but I've never had a bad Cadenheads.

if you really want to know more about this bottling I'd recommend you contact Mark at the cadenheads whisky shop on the royal mile Edinburgh, His whisky knowledge is fantastic and he knows his own stock inside out!
