Independent bottlers

Which are your favourite independent bottlers and why? Who, in your opinion, has the best reputation for independent bottlings?

I have found Douglas Laing to be excellent, I use quite a few of the "OMC" editions in my tastings.

Murray McDavid also have some good bottlings at very reasonable prices.

I have also found some rather good G&M bottlings, although I am selective when it comes to the "Connoisseurs Choice" range.
In "CC" I found the Bladnoch to be excellent.
In the 'normal' G&M 43% range, the Scapa 1993-2006 is fantastic.

I too vote for the Douglas Laing brothers! The best whiskies I've tasted from a bottler, in my opinion.

Douglas Laing & Co, without a doubt, and then Milroy's - an indy bottler few seem to know, but one to look out for!!

I have quite a few Signatory's in my collection. Also right up there with Sig are Douglas Laing, Scott's Selection and Cadenhead. :)

Cheers!
