Port Ellen 1st - 6th release

Hi!
I'm in need of some help.
I have an opportunity to buy one or two of the OB bottlings. You know:

But which ones are good and how much should I pay?
Please help! I'm kind of in a hurry!

first ones the best to get hold of going on what they are currently getting sold for on ebay.
i got a bottle of it a year or so back for £70 which was a bargin when you look at what its going for now, but basicly the lower you can get it for the better. have a search on a few whisky web sites and finishing prices for them on ebay and look at paying less than that

I luckily bought the 2nd Release in April at the Royal Mile Whisky shop for 110£, a deal I think! I think they might still have the 3rd Release available just for a bit more than that. I've seen the 1st Release, and even the 2nd Release on a shop's website for 299£! (Way too much!) The 5th and 6th Release have pretty much been bought up, hard to come by. What are the prices? Why is the person selling them? How have they been kept and stored?? If you don't buy them do let us know as I'm interested in getting the 1st and 5th Releases. Good luck!

You will find the 6 releases between http://www.thewhiskyexchange.com, http://www.whisky-online.com and http://www.oldwhisky.net.
I have used the first 2 shops and the are very good but I have never used http://www.oldwhisky.net but they have the full set so you might get a good deal from them.
It looks to me that the 1st edition is going to be very expensive.

As posted elsewhere I currently have one bottle of 2nd release available at €180 (that's 120 GBP).

I have my eye on a certain bottle on that site, i take it you have ordered from them without any problems.
