Has anyone dried a dram of the Virginia Single Malt 'Whisky' (should it not be Whiskey?) I'm quite intrigued as they don't use peat but a mixture of apple wood, cherry wood and oak wood.
If you have tried it do you have any tasting notes?
I also know Rick (the owner) went to Islay to 'learn his craft' I think it was Bowmore but could be wrong?
