Ticket for Whiskyfest NY?

Hi - occasional poster, long-time lurker/reader here...

I write for a major high-end food magazine, and I'm covering Whiskyfest NY this year. We were a little late on the draw, and I could only get one ticket for myself, but my senior editor (read: boss) would like to go as well, and the fine folks at Malt Advocate are plum out, even when some strings were pulled.

Anyone happen to have an extra ticket to Tuesday night's event, or know where I might find a kind ear?

Hi Ian - and welcome...

If Malt Advocate has run dry then I would guess the chances are slim, but I would suggest contacting some of the distilleries or their agencies (especially their marketing people) as they may have some surplus tickets...
