That's pretty much like 'Has anyone tasted wine'. There are hundreds to choose from, from all around the world, and it's very much an individual thing.

Just go into your local supermarket and see what they have and start trying them out

For example in the UK I might suggest Glen Moray - very inexpensive, not offensive to the majority of palates and a fairly clean start to the world of malts

Good suggestion. Still around £15 in the supermarkets I think.

Amrut Single Malt Indian ain't a world away from a decent Speyside Single Malt Scotch. Not a bad place to start if that's where you are and it's available. I really enjoyed my bottle.

good luck on your journey of discovery! There are so many to choose from and some distinct basic flavours you will come to know and love.

No rush! Tasting single malt is like a yoga/meditation for your mouth!
