Hava a look at the Loch Fyne Whiskies website; Richard is auctioning the spirit safe from Glenlochy distillery - starting bids at >£2000.

By golly I would love to have that beautiful brass box in my whisky room!

Sadly that is out of my price range at the moment. Really bad timing.

Looks like you would need to buy some Brasso for it.

Anyone have any info on where the bidding ended?

The website simply states 'sold' with no other details.

Don't know the final price, but according to a Swedish forum the highest bidder resides in Sweden.
