Single Malt - Scotland - 46.00% 8 A beautiful, mature Spey. A little more oak would have seen it score even higher.

Single Malt - Scotland - 54.90% 9 A lovely character if you like a good chunk of manure with your malt. Funnily enough, I do!

Bourbon - U.S.A. - 47.20% 8 An absolutely fascinating nose.

Blended - Scotland - 40.00% 9 Ooh, now that has a beautiful palate cleansing finish!

Blended - Scotland - 46.00% 9 I need a big cigar, my slippers and a leather armchair next to a roaring fire to appreciate this!
The Glenlivet Nàdurra Peated Whisky Cask Finish
Single Malt - Scotland - 61.50% 8 You would have thought at this ABV it needs water, but that just makes it overly sweet and confected.

Blended Malt - Scotland - 46.00% 8 It's always fun trying to guess the components of a blend. It comes across like a vatting of Caol Ila, Ledaig and Highland Park.

Single Malt - Republic of Ireland - 46.00% 8 I don't think I've tasted a whisky quite like it. Has it been finished in an ex-Riesling cask half full of wine? By the way, I love Riesling!

Rye - Austria - 46.00% 8 If this is what I think it is, then it's showing more maturity than it did two years ago.
Knappogue Castle 12 Years Old
Single Malt - Republic of Ireland - 40.00% 8 Poised, elegant and very well balanced. A lovely drop of the Irish as they say.
Littlemill 2015 Private Cellar Edition
Single Malt - Scotland - 50.40% 8 It has a spotlessly clean sherry finish.
Single Malt - Italy - 43.00% 8 Curious and entertaining. I would have liked to have seen a little more balancing oak character on the palate.
Rock Oyster Limited Edition Cask Strength
Blended Malt - Scotland - 57.40% 7 Tricky to draw a conclusion.
Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon
Bourbon - U.S.A. - 46.00% 8 Quite well developed showing complexity and balance.
