Peter Krass, author of the new book Blood and Whiskey: The Life and Time of Jack Daniel, has laid down the challenge: Why did Jack Daniel call his whiskey Old No. 7?
The first person to submit the correct answer to this question will win a spectacular Jack Daniel’s commemorative decanter and antique arthenware jug from Lynchburg, Tennessee, a copy of Blood & Whiskey signed by the author, and ayear’s subscription to Whisky Magazine.
