Casting off with Benromach
The Benromach name will take to the high seas this year as whisky producer Gordon & MacPhail backs the Glasgow crew competing in this year’s Round the World Yacht Race.
Speaking about its involvement with the Clipper 07-08, Gordon & MacPhail director Michael Urquhart said: “We are delighted to be involved with such a great adventure. We are proud that the Scottish crew will be supported around the world by one of the greatest Scottish ambassadors – Benromach Single Malt Scotch Whisky.†The Clipper 07-08 Round the World Yacht Race starts in Liverpool on 16 September 2007......
