Raise a toast to Robert Burns this January with Bénédictine

Celebrate the life and work of Scottish poet Robert Burns, with Bénédictine’s Bobby Burns cocktail!

Once you have feasted on a traditional Burns Supper of Haggis, neeps and tatties, the Bobby Burns cocktail is the perfect way to wash it down and prepare you for some Célilidh dancing!

So make sure that you raise atoast to his memory this January, by sipping on the unique taste of BlendedScotch whiskey, Vermouth and Bénédictine, topped with a zesty lemon for that extra kick.

Bobby Burns

Ingredients:
30ml Blended scotch whiskey
30ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Bénédictine

Method:
Stir all of the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, strain into the cocktail glass, twist the lemon peel over the glass to release its oil and then drop it in.

Garnish:
To finish the cocktail, garnish with a lemon peel.

Burns Night is celebrated on January 25th 2013.
