Success for Laing's Platinum Selection

Wooden casket packaging has breathed new life in to the Platinum Selection of superb malt whiskies offered by Douglas Laing & Co.

Sales of the whiskies, sourced from some of the country’s lesser known distilleries such as Caperdonich, Ben Nevis and Brechin have risen by more than 20 per cent in the last six months.

The Platinum Selection whiskies come in fir wood caskets, three to a case, with parchment-like certificates outlining a history of the whisky and tasting notes on the malt.

Each bottle retails from around £100. For further information visit the website: www.douglaslaing.com
