Dave Broom

Rather blunt and thick. Chewy with alight touch of fig jam,black banana,malt. Slight sour note in the background.
Seems fattened up. Toffee,red apple then cream sultana and a burnt note shifting towards treacle. Seems unbalanced.
Slightly bitter. Caramel.
The overall effect is a little forced as if it's trying to appear older than it actually is. A wee boy in his Dad's suit.

Malty and spiced. Quite powerful but with a delicate hint of almost mint toffee in the background. A slight citrus note too .
Caramel toffees with a spicy,pepper like dryness.Almost a nutmeg edge with that mint note as well.
Smooth and clean.
Would be something perfect as a pre dinner drink.
