Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Toffee. Cedar. Slight peat. Palate Rich. Cream toffee. Fudge. Finish Typical Macallan 'Calvados' and flowering currant. Comment I prefer my Macallan with its typical sherry character.

Jim Murray Nose Musty and sulphur-sour. Heavy sherry but not particularly of the clean kind. Palate Good bittersweet balance. The sherry side doesn't gel though. Finish A late arrival of something orangey. Comment Oh what might have been...
