- Fudge. Raisins. Toasted nuts. Soft peatiness.

- Smooth. Juicy oak. Richly nutty. Caramel.
- Finish
- Peat and woodiness combine in a very bitter departure. Somewhat astringent.
- Comment
- Holds up very well in the middle but the woodiness at the end is overpowering.

- Richest, cleanest and naturally sweetest arrival of sherry notes you could ever encounter.

- A dash of fresh malt and honeycomb keeps the vanilla in check.
