- Nose
- Very light for this distillery. Sweetness and pepper. Seaweed.
- Palate
- Oily, lightly malty, sweetish.
- Finish
- Light pepper.
- Comment
- A curiously insipid bottling.

- Nose
- Slightly astringent and lower peated than one might expect. Remains fresh, but a little green and a tad feinty.
- Palate
- Big and cumbersome on the palate with most extraordinary malty, gristy sweetness. Quite brawny.
- Finish
- Long and oily with some drier, almost bitter almond notes.
- Comment
- About as subtle as a Peckinpah film and about as violent on the palate, too. Monster stuff.
