Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Seville orange peel. A hint of tamarind (suggested by the colour?). Pronounced cloves. Cough sweets. Slight phenol. Palate The aroma is carried through in the palate. Very fruity and spicy. Attenuated maltiness. Firm. Finish Drying. Strong sandalwood or cedar flavours. Comment

Jim Murray Nose A heavyweight that wallows in its oaky resonance and malty sweetness. Really pleasing. Palate Awesome display of toffee apple, chocolate fudge and Demerara sugar. Finish Sweet vanilla, late wisp of peat. Comment Simply the best rendition.
