- Seville orange peel. A hint of tamarind (suggested by the colour?). Pronounced cloves. Cough sweets. Slight phenol.
- Palate
- The aroma is carried through in the palate. Very fruity and spicy. Attenuated maltiness. Firm.
- Finish
- Drying. Strong sandalwood or cedar flavours.

- A heavyweight that wallows in its oaky resonance and malty sweetness. Really pleasing.

- Awesome display of toffee apple, chocolate fudge and demerara sugar.
- Finish
- Sweet vanilla, late wisp of peat.

- Simply the best rendition.
