72
- Nose
- Shellfish, caramelised pecan, overripe medlar. Chocolate fudge. Spirity, biting. A breath of smoke.
- Palate
- Harsh at the start, calming down when tamed with a good dash of water, but still on the fiery side.
- Finish
- Hot, spicy and sappy.
- Comment
- Pungent and vibrant but lacks the beautiful Clynelish style.

- Nose
- Intense with lovely waxy weight. Honey and sea breezes with lightly phenolic notes behind.
- Palate
- Luscious, silky fruits: honey/beeswax, coconut. Well-balanced with the high alcohol giving it a good bite.
- Finish
- Fresh.
- Comment
- All the classic Clynelish characteristics with added youthful intensity. Already complex.
