- Nose
- Smoke, shading into oak and sherry.
- Palate
- Notably creamy. Distinctively fruity. Honeyed. Very spicy. Herbal. Faint hint of seaweed.
- Finish
- Lively. As though all the flavours had come on stage to dance a finale.
- Comment
- That dance might have been led by Fred Astaire. The great all-rounder in lean and energetic mood. Makes it look easy. Try it with a late-night movie.

- Nose
- Rich, soft. Gorgeous: fudge with peaches in syrup, honey, baklava, star anise and caraway spice. Heathery smoke. You could nose this forever
- Palate
- Big, sweet, silky. A beautiful, elegant mix of heathery smoke, Moroccan spices, ripe fruit and a hint of chocolate. Perfect harmony.
- Finish
- Chewy, long.
- Comment
- Gorgeous, one of the best I've ever tried.
