- Butterscotch sauce. Oat cookies with raisins. Ginger snaps.
- Finish
- Long, warming.
- Comment
- Delicious. Perilously drinkable. Drink it with dessert. No, pour it all over the ice-cream.

- Very viscous. A big, quite robust, and, in time, toasty nose filled with cooked fruits, nutmeg, chestnut with a lift of mustard leaves and ginger.

- Thick and quite exotic to start with hints of wild herbs. Slightly lacking in definition.

- Nutty with some peach stone. Some smoke.
