Nose
Lemon grass. Garden mint. Ground almonds. Palate
Firm. Starts dry but some peppery sweetness develops. Fuller flavour than its sister, Greenore. Finish
Slightly sticky. Fruity. Hot. Comment
For a grain whiskey, it has plenty of flavours, but they do not hang together very well.
Dave Broom
Nose
Damp grass and wood. It is nutty with a slight musty edge. Palate
Sweet and quite thick to start, but seems a little unbalanced. Finish
Short. Comment
Easy going.
