- Nose
- Peatier.
- Palate
- Firmer. Green, oily, becoming dry and leafy.
- Finish
- More assertive pepper and mustard.
- Comment
- The most oily of the three, and very assertive in the finish.

- Nose
- Wonderfully fresh and clean but not without character: grassy malt and crushed pine nuts. Mouth-wateringly beautiful.
- Palate
- Drier on the palate, the vanilla bites early but is still unable to dampen that succulent grassiness.
- Finish
- Finely balanced but frying with oaky-cocoa notes. Very long finale.
- Comment
- Impressive, smokeless and delicate for its age. A finely tuned malt.
