- Soft. Fresh. Heather. Grass. Sweet. Vanilla. Oak.
- Palate
- Very malty. Cookie-like. Pale toast. Very dry. Some bitter-orange marmalade.
- Finish
- Cereal grain. Some peat. Earthy.
- Comment
- The confident virtues of a good Speyside whisky: malt, heather and peat. Well-combined but without either refinements or flourishes.
