Nose
The nose kicks off with rich vanilla and minerals before developing a chalk, musty note backed with cherry stones.
Palate
A big, sweet hit of red cherry, blackberry, icing sugar, a hint of leather.
Finish
Leathery and suede with a touch of tobacco.
Comment
Sweet like confectioner's custard. MacDonald's ice cream Sunday with raspberry sauce.

Nose
The nose balances between sweet notes of strawberries in syrup, orange linctus and baked pastry case, then some savoury with roasted tomatoes. It becomes more minty with water with earthy aromas and raspberry cane.
Palate
Warming and round in character with baked orange, pastry, leather and perfumed wood. Pithy grapefruit is balanced by juicy raisin and waxy oak.
Finish
Tingling spices with a coating texture that softens.
Comment
A lovely mouthfeel lifted with a tangy bite.
