- Clean and fresh with delicate smoke salt and flowers (night-scented stocks) with a hint of grapefruit zest.
- Palate
- Sweet to start then slightly foggy smokiness covers the tongue. Oilier and juicier than the nose suggests. Smooth and balanced.
- Finish
- Prickly heat and light pepper.
- Comment
- A delicate and rather charming afternoon (or 4am) dram. Will cause a stooshie though!

- Crisp and refreshing with little zip of citrus and subtle floral note wafting through and a gentle smokiness.
- Palate
- Hits you with a big sweetness then the blanket of smoke unfurls. Bolder and complex. Very balanced.

- Warming and spicy.

- The perfect dram for the change of the seasons, summer to autumn.
