80- Nose
- Big assault of smoke, then seawater. Austere and airy with touches of wasabi, iodine and samphire that mix with green grass, old paper and seashells.
- Palate
- Immediate belt of smoke. Though lightly oily this evaporates on the tongue. A blast of smoke and seashore flavours around the mouth.
- Finish
- Clean and sharp with sooty smoke.
- Comment
- A head-cleaning experience. Not for the fainthearted.

- Big oily peat with some sweet cereal notes to it, suggesting youth. Damp wool, pepper, soot and first aid kit.
- Palate
- Huge and rich. Packed with ash, burning coal fires, roasted pine nuts, and a hint of fruit sweetness.
- Finish
- Just keeps on going.
- Comment
- There is a chance you will be tasting this for days. Mammoth stuff.
