Nose
Soft. Warm grass on a summer’s day. Pastry. Custard tarts. Vanilla.
Palate
Sesame. Nutty. Oily.
Finish
Candied citrus peel. Orange zest. Cedar. Oak.
Comment
Gently restorative. Subtleties gradually become apparent. Not quite as complex as I remember it.

Dave Broom

Nose
A mealy, floury nose with light citric notes. It’s all very UP.
Palate
Clean. That mealy crispness comes through. Dry and slightly wooded. Attractive and balanced, quite nutty and feisty.
Finish
Fresh and clean.

Pleasant, undemanding.
