- Nose
- Soft. Warm grass on a summer's day. Pastry. Custard tarts. Vanilla.
- Palate
- Sesame. Nutty. Oily.
- Finish
- Candied citrus peel. Orange zest. Cedar. Oak.
- Comment
- Gently restorative. Subtleties gradually become apparent. Not quite as complex as I remember it.

- Nose
- A mealy, floury nose with light citric notes. It's all very up.
- Palate
- Clean. That mealy crispness comes through. Dry and slightly wooded. Attractive and balanced, quite nutty and feisty.
- Finish
- Fresh and clean.
- Comment
- Pleasant, undemanding.
