80- Nose
- Soft and fresh with a minerality to it. Green grass and gunflint,then sweet seaweed. Very discreet.
- Palate
- Delicate and slightly bleached out. An abandoned boat on a tropical beach. Clean linen and a texture akin to olive oil. Bracing,though the smoke's presence is almost a memory haunting the palate.
- Finish
- Sea breezes.
- Comment
- Underplayed and understated and all the more interesting for it. Aperitif.

- Intensely smoky with a big citrussy profile. Freshly squeezed lemon and a sweet kick of lemonade.Followed by a swirl of vanilla biscuit..A floral note.
- Palate
- Very smooth and oily. The same mix of sweet vanilla and juicy lemon,all wrapped in smoke.
- Finish
- Not long but clean and pleasant with a dry bitter note.
- Comment
- An invigorating dram balanced with a friendly smoothness. Open the oysters.
