Nose
Soft and fresh, with ginger snaps, coconut and slightly salty lemon juice.
Palate
A silky mouth-feel, with immediate lively spices, apricots, and digestive biscuits dipped in honey.
Finish
Spices persist, with drier notes of char in a lengthy finish.
Comment
Classic American oak-matured Bablair. Lack of chill-filtration and enhanced ABV really suit the brand.

Nose
Enticing vanilla, coconut, raisin and bready notes at play here.
Palate
Lots more sweet bourbon-influenced vanilla and coconut on the palate along with some fresher citrus notes.
Finish
Lingering honey sweetness tempered with some dry oaky notes.
Comment
The Bourbon maturation leaves its unmistakable influence on this all-too tempting dram.
