Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Heathery. Honeyish. Peaty. Slightly burnt. Palate Light. Grassy. Lemon-grass. Falls away somewhat. Finish Late surge of spiciness. Comment Light but pleasant.

Dave Broom Nose Light gold. Straw, light wood. Aromatic with hints of heather, apple, bran flakes and faint sulphur. Palate A sweet start reminiscent of Juicy Fruit chewing gum. Crisp and nutty mid-palate. Finish Medium length with dried fruits, heather honey and a drift of smoke. Comment Decent but unexciting.
