- Palate
- Sweetish. Vanilla. Lemony. Some maltiness. Somewhat woody.
- Finish
- Slightly sappy. Smoke. Bergamot. Hint of spice.
- Comment
- It would take a particularly good parcel of this malt to mature for 21 years.

- Light gold. An amazing nose, like walking into a branch of Body Shop – all passion fruit, overripe mango, ripe banana, cocoa butter and vanilla.
- Palate
- As you'd expect, the ripe fruity theme continues in the mouth with a glint of sweet sherry-accented fruit mid-palate.
- Finish
- Dry to start then softens leaving traces of raisin and soft tropical fruit.
- Comment
- A slightly bizarre malt.
