Nose
Sappy. Grassy. Coriander. Forestry touch (mushrooms, wet leaves). Water releases caramel sweetness. Waffles. Palate
Sweet and Smooth. Herbal. Rosemary. Finish
Short and dry. Touch of dusty finger. Comment
Herbal in the dry way. Leaves a bitter grassy note in the finish. I'd rather have a cup of tea.
Dave Broom
Nose
Very delicate, floral/estery, pear drop, peppermint. Stewed apple, oak, lemon. Bubblegum. Seems young. Wood shavings. Palate
Sweet and softly creamy, then fresh limey acids. Floral peachy notes in mid-palate. Has a piercing quality and real charm. Finish
Chewy, into oak. Comment
Good balance. A great aperitif.
